How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your desired perfume, and click "Add to Cart". Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete the payment. You'll receive an order confirmation via email.
Are all perfumes 100% authentic?
Yes! The Notes guarantees 100% authentic perfumes from authorized distributors. All our products come with authenticity certificates and original packaging.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service immediately. Once the order is processed for shipping, modifications are not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies. Express delivery options are also available at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3-4 days. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available in select cities.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India only. We're working on expanding our international shipping options. Stay tuned for updates!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package in real-time using this number on our website or the courier partner's website.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only within 24hrs of delivery if the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
How long does delivery take?

How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and arrange a pickup if applicable.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
